Terms and conditions
Version for new orders from 20 October 20261. Operator and contact
Crypolink and its shop at crypolink.com are operated by Tomáš Bartek, a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Register, identification number 75483475, registered address Františka Hajdy 1235/20, 700 30 Ostrava–Hrabůvka, Czech Republic. The operator is not VAT registered. Contact: info@crypolink.com, +420 733 697 368. Returns and complaints address: Tomáš Bartek, Jana Maluchy 81, 700 30 Ostrava–Dubina, Czech Republic.
2. Service
Crypolink monitors available market data and sends alerts when the customer's conditions are met. It does not sell or hold cryptocurrencies, execute trades or provide personalised investment advice. Prices can vary by source and update time. Data, network or device outages can delay alerts; an alert does not guarantee a trade at a particular price. Statutory remedies for defective performance and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
3. Account and orders
Customers must provide accurate contact details, verify their email and protect their login. A second telephone number may be added only with the number user's authorisation. Before placing an order, customers can check and correct the plan, goods, price, contact details and delivery. The order becomes binding when submitted using the confirmation button. The contract is formed when the operator accepts it; activating the paid service or accepting successful payment for an accepted order constitutes acceptance. Confirmation and terms are supplied in a form that can be retained. Contracts are not publicly accessible; a copy can be requested by email.
4. Plans and allowances
The offer displayed before confirmation determines the scope and final price. Paid monthly allowances: Light 30 SMS/0 telephone alerts; Active 100 SMS/10 telephone alerts; Business 250 SMS/200 telephone alerts. Annual Business has the same allowance each membership month. Allowances renew by reference to the paid period's starting date, not the first day of the calendar month, and do not roll over. Long SMS messages may use multiple segments; each recipient number counts separately. Business includes two numbers sharing one allowance. Telephone alerts are available for Czech numbers. Other channels require a working connection and support by the destination network. Email and Telegram can continue after the paid-channel allowance is exhausted. An alert closes once its condition is met even if an allowance is exhausted. Free includes advertising; paid plans do not.
5. Trial, renewal and cancellation
A 14-day free trial is available once per account across the paid monthly plans. Total trial allowances: Light 5 SMS/0 calls, Active 10 SMS/2 calls, Business 20 SMS/5 calls. Annual and single-use products have no trial. Unless renewal is cancelled before the trial ends, paid monthly membership starts at the price shown when ordering. The membership overview shows the next payment date and price. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at their respective intervals. Renewal can be cancelled at any time through the profile's end-plan option or by emailing support. An already paid period continues to its end; cancelling renewal alone does not entitle the customer to a proportional refund. Statutory withdrawal and defect rights remain unaffected.
6. Upgrades and single-use alerts
Before an upgrade, the customer sees the additional payment, new interval and next renewal date. A change requiring payment takes effect after successful payment. Moving to annual Business ends the trial and starts the annual period shown in the confirmed summary; no new trial is granted. A single-use product costs CZK 50 and covers one cryptocurrency, one configured condition and one execution through the selected available channels. It then ends and does not renew. Multiple purchased units can be used independently for different cryptocurrencies.
7. Prices and payment
Consumer prices are final; delivery is shown separately before ordering. Payment is made online using an available payment-gateway method. Shop prices in EUR or PLN are converted from the CZK base using the Czech National Bank rate recorded for the order and rounded to whole currency units. The confirmed summary's currency and total apply; the rate is not changed retrospectively. The customer's bank may charge its own conversion or fees. Updating the price list alone does not change an existing contract; any renewal-price change must be notified beforehand with an opportunity to cancel renewal.
8. Goods, delivery and annual gift
Size, colour and quantity are selected before purchase. A manufacturing partner may dispatch directly, but the operator remains responsible to the customer. Available countries, carriers and charges are shown in the basket. Product delivery estimates are indicative; a different specific deadline is agreed before ordering. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days. Statutory rights for non-delivery remain available. Each paid Business year, including renewals, includes one T-shirt from the gift selection with free EU delivery. Outside the Czech Republic, gifts are delivered to an address and may take longer. A trial does not create a gift entitlement. When withdrawing from annual membership, the associated gift must also be returned; statutory defect rights remain unaffected.
9. Consumer withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving goods, or within 14 days after concluding a service contract. Send an unambiguous notice within that period to info@crypolink.com or the contact address. Return goods to the returns address within a further 14 days; customers bear direct return costs. Payments, including the cheapest offered standard outbound delivery, are refunded within 14 days of notice, normally by the original payment method. For goods, the refund may be withheld until the goods or evidence of dispatch are received. Customers are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods' nature and characteristics. Selecting a standard design, colour or size does not itself remove withdrawal rights, even if manufactured after ordering. Any exception for genuine personalisation must be specifically disclosed before ordering. Proportional payment for a service begun during the withdrawal period requires an express request for early performance and the statutory conditions; no charge applies during the free trial. Merely activating an account does not remove withdrawal rights. Their loss after full performance requires prior express consent and the legally required acknowledgement.
10. Complaints
Send complaints to info@crypolink.com or the complaints address, identifying the order, defect, contact details and requested remedy. We provide acknowledgement and a record of resolution. For consumer goods, a defect appearing within two years of receipt may be claimed; a defect appearing within the first year is presumed to have existed at receipt unless a legal exception applies. Consumers may request repair or replacement and, where legally applicable, a reduction or withdrawal. For a digital service, we are responsible for conformity during supply and will remedy defects; statutory reduction and termination rights remain available. Consumer complaints will be resolved and the customer informed within 30 days unless a longer period is expressly agreed. Reasonable costs of a justified complaint are borne by the operator.
11. Disputes and language
Consumers may seek alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.gov.cz, generally within one year of first asserting the claim with the operator. Court remedies remain available. Choosing Czech law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection applicable in their country of habitual residence. Czech, English, Polish and German versions are intended to have the same meaning; ambiguity does not limit statutory consumer protection. This version applies to new orders from its stated date and does not retrospectively worsen existing contracts.
12. Model withdrawal notice
To: Tomáš Bartek, Jana Maluchy 81, 700 30 Ostrava–Dubina, Czech Republic; info@crypolink.com. I hereby withdraw from the contract for these goods/services: … Order number: … Date ordered/received: … Consumer's name and address: … Date: … Signature only for a paper notice. This form is optional. Complaints can be submitted to the same contacts with a description of the defect and requested remedy.
13. Online notice
Withdrawal can also be submitted using /consumer-request.php?kind=withdraw&lang=en. Subscription cancellation is available at /consumer-request.php?kind=cancel&lang=en. Review and confirm your notice before submission. A record of its content and receipt time is provided; the operator then settles the contract and any refund. Email and postal notices remain available.
14. Mandatory protection abroad
Where mandatory German consumer protection applies, automatic continuation after the initial term is for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time with no more than one month’s notice. Annual billing does not restrict this right; the unused prepaid portion after effective termination is refunded. Where Polish consumer law applies, complaints are answered within 14 days; statutory consequences of no response and more favourable conformity rules remain unaffected. These provisions take precedence over the general provisions above.
